online store RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

foufouBRANDS wants you to love your purchase. We will gladly issue a refund authorization for new merchandise purchased from our online store within 14 days of the shipping date. After this time, a merchandise credit will be issued for a period of up to 30 days from the shipping date.

foufouBRANDS does not accept returns or exchanges on opened food products, discontinued and clearance merchandise or shop worn goods. Goods must be in original selling condition (new, unused, unwashed, and unaltered) with original tags.

Return authorization will only be issued on foufouBRANDS products purchased on our online store.

All items sold as factory seconds are final sale. Unfortunately, no exchanges or returns will be accepted on these items.

Refunds may be made only after the customer receives an exchange authorization number from our customer service department. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase. Please see below on HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN.

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the item by following our return instructions and purchase a new item from our online store.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

  • Sign into your account and under Completed Orders, select Return Item(s), then select the number items you would like to return.
  • Select a return reason, return action and any comments you may have, then click on the ‘Submit Return Request’ button.
  • Your return request will then be submitted to us for processing. You will receive an email with a return/exchange authorization number for your reference and instructions on how to prepare your return.

YOUR RETURN PACKAGE

  • Item must be received within 14 days from when the return/exchange authorization number was issued.
  • We recommend that you use an insured and traceable shipping method as we will not be responsible for damaged, misdirected or lost return/exchange packages.
  • Securely pack your merchandise with your return authorization number in a box or envelope of your choice (you may also use the original package if possible).
  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

WHOLESALE RETURN POLICY

foufouBRANDS has a NO REFUND policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, you may exchange the merchandise within 7 days of receipt of goods. All exchanges must first be approved with an AUTHORIZATION number from our customer service department.
